Трансформація художньо-композиційних характеристик готичного стилю та декаденського художнього напряму початку ХХ століття в дизайні колекції сучасного жіночого одягу

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено специфіку переосмислення та інтеграції естетики готики й художнього досвіду декадансу ХХ століття у простір сучасної індустрії моди. На основі опрацювання мистецтвознавчих джерел, історичних костюмів і візуальних пам'яток було виявлено ключові композиційні закономірності формування темного романтизму. Сформовано розгорнуту концепцію проєктування нового жіночого одягу, що базується на аналізі запитів цільової аудиторії, розробці унікального художнього образу та застосуванні сучасних методик конструювання. Практичним результатом дослідження стала авторська дизайнерська колекція, у якій ключові силуетні елементи минулого адаптовані до гардероба сучасної жінки. У роботі також запропоновано раціональний вибір матеріалів для костюмів. Поєднання цупких тканин, що тримають форму, з пластичним атласом та витонченим мереживом дозволило підкреслити гру різних фактур в одному образі. Окрім естетичного вигляду, усі обрані тканини мають гарні гігієнічні та технологічні властивості, що забезпечує довговічність виробів, зручність у носінні та легкість під час їх пошиття.

The qualification work explores the specifics of reimagining and integrating Gothic aesthetics and the Decadent artistic experience of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries into the modern fashion industry. Based on an extensive study of art-historical sources, historical costumes, and visual records, the key compositional patterns of dark romanticism were identified. A comprehensive concept for designing modern womenswear has been developed, based on the analysis of target audience demands, the creation of a unique artistic look, and the application of modern garmentconstruction methods. The practical result of the research is an original designer collection, in which key silhouette elements of the past – specifically the graphic, sharp lines of the jacket's shoulder cluster and the complex structural draping of the mermaid skirt – are adapted for the modern woman's wardrobe. The work also proposes a rational selection of materials (satin, suiting, and lace) and provides a detailed rationale for this choice. The combination of dense, shape-retaining suiting fabric with fluid satin and delicate lace highlighted the interplay of different textures within a single look. Aside from their aesthetic appearance, all selected fabrics possess good hygienic and technological properties, which ensures garment durability, wearing comfort, and ease during manufacturing.
