Development and manufacturing of footwear from an alternative leather

Abstract

Проаналізовано, що матеріал Pinatex® має значно гірші фізико-механічні властивості в порівнянні з натуральною шкірою ВРХ хромового методу дублення для верху взуття. Із застосуванням матеріалу Pinatex® розроблено та виготовлено модель повсякденних чоловічих напівчеревиків з суцільною союзкою та заднім зовнішнім ременем, що кріпиться на стопі за допомогою шнурівки, клейо- прошивного методу кріплення. Здійснено дослідне носіння розробленої моделі взуття та оцінено її споживчі характеристики.

It has been analyzed that the Pinatex® material has significantly worse physical and mechanical properties compared to natural cattle leather using the chrome tanning method for shoe uppers. Using the Pinatex® material, a model of casual men's shoes with a solid upper and a rear external strap attached to the foot using lacing, an adhesive-stitching method of fastening, was developed and manufactured. The experimental wearing of the developed shoe model was carried out, and its consumer characteristics were evaluated.
